Intel Core Ultra 5 245KF Processor brings Arrow Lake performance to desktop users and launched in Q4'24 as a high-performance option for creative and productivity workloads.

The Intel Core Ultra 5 245KF is a 14-core processor (6 performance cores + 8 efficient cores) designed for 64-bit desktop systems using the LGA 1851 (Socket V1). It features a Smart Cache of 24 MB and supports up to 192 GB of DDR5 memory at up to 6400 MHz in dual-channel configuration.

With a maximum boost frequency of 5.2 GHz on its performance cores and a performance-core base of 4.2 GHz, the 245KF delivers strong single-threaded and multi-threaded performance. Efficient cores boost up to 4.6 GHz with a 3.6 GHz base, enabling robust background task handling while keeping responsiveness high.

This boxed processor does not include a cooler and has a base power of 125 W with a maximum turbo power of 159 W, making thermal planning important for demanding workloads. Thermal Monitoring Technologies, Idle States, and a maximum operating temperature of 105 °C help manage stability under load.
