We, at Kelkoo, are committed to improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain.
We are a leading data-driven marketing platform connecting consumers to products and providing qualified leads to merchants. We have 7 corporate offices across Europe and operate in more than 35 countries worldwide. Our global headcount is more than 200 employees.
We do not tolerate any form of modern slavery and we are not aware of any modern slavery in our supply chain.
We have an ongoing commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing effective controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chain. This may indicatively include on-site visits to some of our suppliers, appropriate contractual safeguards in our agreements with suppliers and other measures of an equivalent nature.
In addition, all parties in our supply chain are subject to specific selection criteria. We strive to ensure that all participants in our supply chain meet high quality standards. We trust that these efforts are likely to detect any significant instances of modern slavery in our supply chain.
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain and our business, we try to raise awareness for these issues with our staff.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 2021. It was approved by the board on 20 December 2022.
