This boxed CPU uses the LGA 1851 (Socket V1) platform, supports dual-channel DDR5 memory up to 192 GB at 6400 MHz, and provides broad PCIe support with up to 24 lanes and versions 4.0/5.0 for fast NVMe and GPU connectivity. Note that no cooler is included in the package.
