The Roborock S8 combines powerful suction of 6000 Pa with a VibraRise Mopping System and a 0.35 L bagless dust container to tackle both dry debris and wet mopping tasks. Its 0.2 L VibraWash water tank and included mop cloths let you switch between vacuuming and mopping with a single device.

Designed in a sleek black, round form factor (350 mm width, 353 mm depth, 96.5 mm height) the S8 is compact yet robust at 4.6 kg, making it easy to store while remaining stable during cleaning. The lithium-ion 5200 mAh battery delivers up to 180 minutes of runtime, and the device returns automatically to its charging base when needed.

Navigation and obstacle detection are handled by a suite of sensors including LDS/PreciSense LiDAR Navigation and Reactive 3D Obstacle Avoidance, giving precise mapping and reliable edge recognition. The Adaptive Route Algorithm and selective room cleaning allow the S8 to follow app-generated movement restrictions and Smart Suggestions for No-Go-Zones created in the mobile app.

Connectivity is seamless with 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi and smartphone/tablet remote support, enabling scheduling, manual control, and programming functions from the Roborock app. Typical power consumption is 69 W, and the unit operates at a noise level of around 68.5 dB while remaining easy to clean thanks to removable brushes and washable components.
