This Mercury MHDSC1200AB cooker hood offers a maximum extraction power of 795.8 m³/h and is optimised for ducted installation, making it an excellent choice when you need fast, effective removal of cooking fumes and odours.

Energy and airflow performance are among its strong points: it carries an energy efficiency class A on the A+++ to D scale, an annual energy consumption of 118.6 kWh and an energy efficiency index (EEI) of 48.1. Fluid dynamic efficiency is rated A with a FDE of 32.1, while grease filtering efficiency is B with a GFE of 89.5%.

The hood is practical to operate, with three speeds plus an intensive speed for heavy-duty cooking, a single included motor and button controls. Noise levels stay reasonable: 45 dB on low, 53.5 dB on medium, 62 dB on high and 70.5 dB on intensive, so you can balance extraction power and acoustic comfort.
