Bosch PPQ7A6B90 - Black - Gas Hob brings professional-level gas cooking to your kitchen with a powerful wok burner and five versatile zones.

This built-in gas hob features a sleek black glass top that complements modern kitchens while being easy to clean. The low-profile design is only 45 mm high and fits into standard installation cutouts (56 cm width, 48–49.2 cm depth), making it ideal for renovation or new installations.

Performance is a strong point: five round gas cooking zones include regular, simmer, large and an extra-large central zone. Zone powers range from 1,000 W for delicate simmering to a 4,000 W wok/central burner for searing and high-heat cooking, giving you precise control over everything from gentle sauces to rapid stir-fries.

Controls are simple and intuitive with rotary knobs positioned at the top front for comfortable access. The hob features electronic ignition for quick, reliable lighting and supports both natural gas and LPG (Butane), including high- and low-calorific gas types.

Dimensions and power: the hob measures 752 mm wide by 520 mm deep, weighs 18 kg and connects to 220–240 V / 50–60 Hz with a 1 m cord (3 A). It is designed for built-in installation and does not include a display or timer, keeping the user interface clear and focused on manual control.

Use cases: the powerful 4,000 W central wok burner is perfect for wok cooking, quick searing and large pans, while the simmer zone handles delicate sauces and slow reductions. Families and cooking enthusiasts will appreciate the mix of sizes that supports multi-pot cooking for everyday meals or entertaining.
