This Intel Xeon Silver 4514Y (Intel Xeon Scalable 5th Gen) runs at a 2 GHz base frequency with a Turbo Boost up to 3.4 GHz, and offers 16 physical cores and 32 threads to handle multithreaded server workloads efficiently.

The chip features 30 MB of cache, a TDP of 150 W, and supports LGA 4677 (Socket E). It provides two UPI links at 16 GT/s and up to 80 PCIe 5.0 lanes, enabling high-throughput connectivity to NVMe storage, accelerators, and network adapters.
