Name: Audix ADX60 Microphone - Compact Boundary Condenser - Stage/Studio
Brand: Audix

Audix ADX60 Microphone - Compact Boundary Condenser - Stage/Studio arrives as a versatile compact boundary condenser designed for stage and studio use, offering professional performance in a small, robust package.

The ADX60 features a cardioid polar pattern and a frequency response of 50–18,000 Hz, making it suitable for capturing clear, natural sound from instruments and speech while rejecting unwanted off-axis noise. With a sensitivity of 9 mV/Pa (130 dB) and an input impedance of 250 Ω, it delivers dependable level and tonal consistency across applications.

Built for wired connectivity, the microphone uses a mini XLR (3-pin) interface and ships with a detachable CBL60 25' mini XLR cable and an APS910 phantom power adapter for plug-and-play convenience. The zinc housing in black provides durable protection while keeping the unit compact at 65 mm wide, 80 mm high and weighing just 143 g.

The ADX60’s signal-to-noise ratio of 65 dB ensures low background noise and a clean output suitable for critical recording and live reinforcement. As a stage/performance microphone it excels for drum overheads, acoustic instruments, piano lids, percussion and stage floor placements where a boundary condenser is preferred.

Included in the box are one ADX60 condenser microphone, the detachable CBL60 cable, the APS910 phantom power adapter and a P1 carrying pouch for secure transport. The set is sold in a 4-piece package option, making it convenient for multi-microphone setups and quick stage deployment.

Typical use cases include live stage floor miking, instrument cabinets, drum kit overheads, theater voice pickup and location recording where compact size and ruggedness matter. The combination of cardioid pickup and solid SNR means reliable rejection of bleed and ambient noise.

For engineers and performers who need a compact, durable boundary condenser with professional connectivity and accessories, the Audix ADX60 offers a ready-to-use solution that balances sonic quality with portable practicality.
