Sennheiser EW-D 835-S - Wireless microphone set delivers professional wireless audio reliability with a handheld dynamic microphone and a bodypack-style receiver, ideal for live vocals and presentations.

The EW-D 835-S features a cardioid dynamic handheld microphone with RF wireless connectivity and an operating frequency in the UHF band (552 - 607.8 MHz), giving you up to 100 m of practical wireless range for stage and venue use.

Designed for dependable performance, the system supports 90 selectable channels, 2,240 preset frequencies and a switching bandwidth of 56 MHz to minimize interference. The receiver provides an easy-to-read display and removable antennas with BNC connectors for flexible antenna placement.

Audio performance is strong, with an AF frequency response of 20–20,000 Hz, a high maximum sound pressure level of 154 dB and a dynamic range of 134 dB. Average latency is low at about 1.9 ms, and RF power is 10 mW for stable transmission.

The set includes one handheld transmitter (40 x 40 x 200 mm, 195 g) and one receiver (212 x 189 x 44 mm, 1 kg). Output options include both XLR and 6.35 mm (1/4") outputs, making integration with mixers and PA systems straightforward.

Battery-powered operation uses two AA alkaline cells (1.5 V) with input voltage between 2 and 4.35 V; the receiver’s maximum power consumption is 300 mA. The kit comes complete with a mounting kit and power supply included in the package.
