Gas oven or electric oven?
If you’re choosing a new electric oven, there are lots of different factors to take into consideration. There are two main

A good quality gas built in oven tends to be more expensive than an electric oven, however using gas as a heating source is a lot cheaper than electricity so there can be an overall saving if you intend to use your oven on a regular basis.

A great advantage of an electric oven is that it can offer versatile programming options, however, it’s important to remember that non fan-assisted types must be pre-heated before cooking.
