Taking a massive music collection wherever you go has never been easier thanks to the huge range of Apple iPods. With four models on 
the market, there's a an iPod for every person and every need, whether you want the latest TV shows and films in your pocket, or you just want an exciting playlist for when you go to the gym.
iPod Shuffle
The Shuffle is the smallest and cheapest iPod you can buy and the ideal choice for taking to the gym. Around the same size as a watch face, the Shuffle is just big enough to hold the controls (play/pause, track skip and volume) on its circular interface. There’s no screen but you can select playlists using the VoiceOver feature, which reads out playlists, tracks and artists for you. It’s available in five colours –silver, blue, green, orange and pink.
iPod Nano
The brand new iPod Nano is only fractionally larger than the Shuffle, but you can control it via the touchscreen interface. It stores more songs than the Shuffle, you can view photos, and if you get bored of your own music, the FM radio provides endless listening. It’s available in seven different colours.

transport and have to turn up the volume more, potentially damaging your hearing. Look to buy a decent set of in-ear earphones or headphones to get the best quality sound.

Basic cases provide simple protection for your iPod from bumps and scratches. The iPod Shuffle and iPod Nano have special watchstraps, so you can wear them on your wrist when you're out jogging. If you've got a touch screen iPod Touch, get a clear stick-on screen protector to stop it from getting scratched.

Getting high quality music at home is simple with an iPod speaker dock, which will also charge your iPod at the same time. There's a wide variety available, whether you want hi-quality audio to fill a large room, or a set of travel speakers you can take anywhere.
