  1. Very poor reliability

    • Pros: Good selection of programmes, good powerful spin.
    • Cons: Broken within 5 months

    Initially I was very impressed, some quick programmes as well as some AA rated slower ones. Drier was never the best as the sensors would sometimes dry to excess. However after 5 months some of the wash programmes don't work and the drier doesn't work at all. I have had 2 visits from engineers, the first telling me there was no problem (the diagnostic says no) then the second telling me ... Read Full Review »

    The hoover machine broke down twice within 2 months with smoke coming out of it on the second occasion. It has since been replaced. Comet customer service was deplorable so I will never shop at Comet again. Beware! Read Full Review »
