Good Points
I needed a machine to fit in a space beside my back door, which would still allow the door to open. This fits the bill. The drum is much bigger than on my old machine, yet this one takes up less space - brilliant. Easy to use and I love the 29min programme.
Bad Points
Because my heating is fired by a rayburn I have constant hot water, so would have preferred to have the facility to make use of this, rather than paying to heat more water. However, this machine doesn't seem to use so much water, so it's probably okay. Haven't found any other minuses yet, though I've only had the product a few weeks.
