good suction so far. havent tested on carpet though. like the swivel head as it means you can get into awkward spaces.

Very easy to use and set up. Works great and does exactly what I need it to. Can't believe with 2 small children I never had one before! It's just great.

A little bit heavy, but doesn't deter me from it in any way. Id rather it be heavier and robust than cheap and light with no suction.
