Good Points
Awesome design
Brilliant performance for a laptop
Play all games in full settings without lag
General computer performance is outstanding
Customisability is amazing
I absolutely love it, cannot use any other laptop after using an alienware
Bad Points
The bad points are obvious and to be expected.

- HEAVY - But who cares, this is a gaming laptop, not something you take with you very day and certianly not too heavy to put on my lap if I feel like it.

Battery life isn't great I get 1.5 hours but I don't care because I don't expect it to be portable, my iPad is what I use for general web browsing as I don't need the power of my Alienware for general stuff.

Summary: Well, I did it. After years of putting up with playing games on an under-strength and over-worked laptop, I've finally taken the plunge, saved up the pennies and splashed out on a gaming-specific laptop; Dell's Alienware M17x is, quite simply, a beast...

Conclusion: There is one reason why I bought the Dell Alienware M17x, and one reason only; gaming. I saved for a considerable amount of time for it and if you can afford to do the same, or even buy it outright – and love your PC games – then I can thoroughly...
