Looks nice and is useful until you try the navigation
Bad Points
Navigation system says 0.4 miles to turn etc very poor detail spoken by unit when giving directions.
Uses a car rather than a direction arrow to show the direction of travel, which is fine until you need to turn around etc and the car is not as clear as an arrow for the direction of travel.
generally a very POOR unit

Very easy to use - supports US and Europe without any problems.
Excellent support organisation.
Bad Points
Recommended default procedure for map downloads caused problems, tech support suggested an alternative, worked perfectly after that.
Integral speaker quality is not great, especially if the volume is high (above 50%) but it's acceptable.
