The battery compartment wouldn't open because there was a piece of cardboard wedged in there showing how to place the batteries. It took all day before I managed to sort it out.

The memory card, recommended by Curry's, was unrecognised by the camera. I inserted it and after taking one picture was 'told' by the camera that the memory was full and a memory card should be inserted.

I tried to remove the memory card, only to find it was stuck fast.

This camera is poor quality and a complete waste of money.

I had no option but to return it.
