Good Points
It's compact,quiet and looks good. Screen and sound are excellent
Bad Points
No manual for base unit and keyboard. Browser freezes too often. (Could be ISP problem) but I don,t think so. Not particularly fast and seems to struggle to cope with more than two things happening at once.

JUST THE SOFTWARE THAT'S PUT ON AS STANDARD, BUT ALL COMPUTER MAKERS DO IT, AND IF YOUR LIKE ME YOU JUST SPEND SOME TIME REMOVING IT.HAVING TO THINK HARD FOR ANY OTHER BAD POINTS, NOPE CANT THINK OF ANY.
