I was a bit usure at first after reading some of the reviews put took a punt as most were positive. Easy to set up, hot coffee, tried it on a few people, it's easy to clean and looks great. The build quality is excellent too. Not sure what some people are doing with it to give it such poor reviews.

We are very happy with this machine have had it for almost six weeks and am very happy with it, the only issue we have had with it that the cup can fall out of the lower tray, but this might have more to do with the size of the cup.

My husband bought me this machine for Christmas and I have to say how dissappointed I was with it, to the point of returning it to John Lewis - who I have to say have been excellent.

I have tried many coffee machines from bean-to-cup to filter/expresso, however this is a simple to use, programmable, self-cleaning and top quality product which I now could not live without!, black and blue pods are the best however all have a distinct flavour.

This really is the best ever. The coffee is hot enough providing you turn it on a little before you use it. At work we have a Costa coffee cafe, I am forever moaning to the staff it is cold !!! So I am a good person to judge this. I have always heated the cups before use and found this to help.
