I ended up going to www.cramptonandmoore.co.uk (crampton and Moore) just in case they delete my link. Phoned and tv was in stock and ready for collection or despatch same day.     Online Stock status was an "untruth"- said 7-10 days but so far 16 days and counting with
    No communication email informing of true stock status, so when I call to find out it
    Took ages for someone to answer my call (informing me that it should be 7-10 days...even though it had already been 8 working days)
