If you want an easy, trouble-free purchase handled by competent, professional staff, DO NOT buy from serversdirect or from Easycom.com They are the most incompetent, scrupulous company I have ever dealth with in 6 years. After making 150 telephone calls to rectify a faulty server and a personal guarantee from the Product Manager to have the server returned fully working, it is still sitting in the...
