Sink & taps did not arrive within the 10

Sink & taps did not arrive within the 10 working day promise. It was impossible to get in touch with customer services to find out when delivery was likely (on one call I was at queue position 4 for over an hour). I left a number of answering machine messages and they never called me back. In the end my only course of action was to cancel the order by email and order from somewhere else. Pleas... When i submitted the order they gave the

When i submitted the order they gave the indication that the items would arrive in two weeks. I called after two weeks to get an eta only to find that they couldn't commit themselves for another couple of weeks. Note that 'In stock' doesn't mean in stock at Biasco but rather at the manufacturers and even this is not reliable.

I ordered because and item was marked as in stock. On completion of the order I was informed that delivery would be within 10 days.

On calling to confirm this I was told that it would be not less than days.

We've ordered LG washing machine and

We've ordered LG washing machine and dishwasher on 1 Aug 08. They took the money straight away. Waited 4 weeks to deliver the washing machine with no update from customer service. For dishwasher, waited 6 weeks 'cause they gave us wrong stock info, finally on 13/09 they told us this model will not be available until 2009!!! I ordered a fridge, online on 5 Sept-cancelled via email on 5 Sept, rang on 9th to check cancelled. Customer Services said it hadn't been but she did it then. Spent 19 mins trying get through via tele. To date 01 Oct-still not refunded c/c. Spent ages on numerous occassions on phone, getting no where otherthan be told it in its system...... When I ordered they estimated delivery

When I ordered they estimated delivery 7-10 days. It is already 2 weeks since I ordered and I have not heard from them (they say they would call you if your order is taking longer but they do not).
So I tried to be in contact with them. I was on a queue to talk with them for 1hour and 1/2 on friday and did not manage to speak to anyone, left 3 messages - never returned and wrote an e-mail never re... Read Full Review »

Thank you, got a very good price for all the appliances for my new kitchen, everything went smoothly, delivery was painless - got a timeslot which they arrived exactly halfway through, and unloaded everything and put it where i asked in the house. Read Full Review »
