I had the misfortune of finding this amateurish outfit via www.shop.com.

They are without doubt worst online retailer I have ever encountered - and by a wide margin.

I would like to recommend this store,

I would like to recommend this store, but given that "Customer Services" appears to be a telephone answering machine in an office occupied 5 minutes a week, I can't.
I ordered a coffee maker - ordering was fine and delivery was very prompt, alas they delivered the wrong thing. Mistakes happen - it's how you deal with them that distinguishes the better companies.

I have NEVER spoken to a customer

I have NEVER spoken to a customer services like this one, Im STILL awaiting refund, this is from the 10th may. Shame they werent as slow taking the money. Would Never use them again, nor do i recomend this company. First of all i get sent someone elses rejects, then they forget to let the refund dept know it has been returned and now they forgot to put refund through to yet another dept, shame the...
