Ordered a variety of items from the

Ordered a variety of items from the store. Order was delayed due to lack of availability but this was communicated to me clearly. Due to the delay I was offered a substitute item of a higher value than the out-of-stock item at no extra charge.

I ordered a variety of items from this store. Two of which were being released at a later date. I was very impressed when the items that were available were sent ahead of these items at no extra cost to myself. Great customer service. Read Full Review »

Pre-ordered a warhammer 5th edition

Pre-ordered a warhammer 5th edition rulebook. Told this would arrive on or before the release date.

No sign watsoever of it being dispatched, dispite this being the release day!
