Very good service. The price was cheaper than anywhere else and I'm really pleased with the Fridge Freezer. Transport company took a little time to contact me, possibly due to Bank Holiday weekend, but it was delivered within the 10 day time slot as promised. Very pleased with the ordering process. I tried telephoning but was not sucessful but the ordered over the net. The follow up by shop4electrical was prompt and delivery organised equally prompt. The machine arrived on time and perfomes well after a small installation hickup. This was due to improper instructions by the manufacturer.

The Customer service is rather unfriendly and unhelpful and the delivery is subcontracted to different companies. The delivery company will not necessarily offer a professional service simply because they are not linked to shop4electricals. So they do not worry about the image they leave behind.
