    Bad quality, no customer service at all!
    I ordered a suitcase (Eminent, a brand to avoid), quickly one of the wheels ceased functioning. Tried to contact shopeezee several times, alway without success. No customer service at all.

    Mr Barnett here. I found ordering very easy with Shopeezee and their product catalogue for pilot cases was huge. I was directed to the most popular bag and was delivered within a few days.
