This has to be up there with the worst service that I have received in a very long time (Tiscali broadband comes a close second!!)

Have just tried to purchase items from

Have just tried to purchase items from this store and have got to one of the final pages where the inputing of address and card details is required.

I inputed all details only to be told there are details missing. Have checked all the boxes and there all filled in. Have got a third party to check the form is correct and they say it is as well!

WHY CAN'T I RATE THEM 0....!!?!?!?!?!
SORRY THIS IS ALL IN CAPITALS BUT I AM SO PEED OFF!!
I JOINED THROUGH A LINK ON FACEBOOK THAT OFFERED ME A "FREE TRIAL", SO I WENT FOR IT.
WELL AFTER IT HAD TAKEN MY DETAILS, IT SAID I HAD JOINED A "BUY ONE MONTH GET ONE FREE" AND HAD TAKEN £15.99 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT.

I had a very positive experience with the Love Film Shop. I was eager to get my dvd in time to give as a birthday present and was pleased to receive confirmation emails from love film. you can get free games consoles by completing a free 14 day trial of lovefilms dvd/game rental , if you are interested then go to www.freeconsole.net then click the picture of the gift you want to receive, register and then click the lovefilm icon and complete the trial , lovefilm pay commision to the site so thats how they afford to send you a free games console , i got an xbox 360 !!
