    Very many thanks for the 'fridge and the freezer delivered on 2 September.

    My fitter installed the units yesterday in existing fitted cupboards and I am delighted with the results.

    The delivery service was excellent, most professional, obliging and courteous. The products were very well packed and my experience with the whole Appliance Warehouse transaction met all my expectations. Read Full Review »

    Absolute shambles - I would not recommend this company at all. The old adage is true "you pay for what you get". I took a gamble based on the large cost savings but in the end I wish i'd spent the extra money and ordered elsewhere.

I needed the 48 hr delivery service, and having read the FAQ's on their website it appeared that 48 hr courier service was available in my area.     I was very disappointed with the service I received from TAW. The order was delivered without too much hassle but there were no instructions or guarantee and a part was missing. When I tried to get the part delivered quickly to enable my kitchen to be finished I found TAW's customer service very poor.
