Appalling. Ordered on 1st september and

Appalling. Ordered on 1st september and payment taken from my card on the same day. When I chased up the order I was asked to provide proof of address by fax! I did this albeit reluctantly and was promised a call back with a delivery date which I didn't get. I called again and was promised delivery on Monday. Nothing arrived. I guess this company has cleaned up their act. I read the reviews and was a little concerned but gave AVE the benefit of the doubt, and they delivered!
Great value, fast response to my phone and E queries. Ordered my tv late Wed night, arrived by 12pm Friday by DHL- impressed! Read Full Review »

DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARDGE POLE!!!!
Oredered very cheap LG tv and were told 2-3 working days delivery.
2 weeks on...NO TV!!!!
Had'nt got in stock then pack of lies "it will be there tommorow" after 3 weeks never arrived
Awful customer survice, phone cut of by them
order cancelled

Shocking, ordered tuesday was then told

Shocking, ordered tuesday was then told it would be with me thursday. Then phoned to double check then they informed me friday then sat in the house all day friday for the tv not to appear. After contacting them numerous times they had said it was on its way however when i contacted couriers they said that they have not yet been instructed to pick it up from them lies lies lies!!!! Awful customer service. I phoned to find out why my order had not arrived and they told me that they had tried to contact me (which they obviously hadn't) and that the order had been put back 2 weeks because they were out of stock.
They should not have claimed they had stock of a product when they didn't.
Very unhelpful and inpolite on the phone and I would advise anyone ordering from them... Read Full Review »
