Have been waiting for nearly three weeks

Have been waiting for nearly three weeks for a fridge freezer to be delivered.The gentleman I spoke to at Eldon was very polite and helpful but when passed on to thier distributing warehouse it was a differant matter.They wouldnt commit to a day to deliver.We wont be ordering from them again. I loved this site, it was easy to use

I loved this site, it was easy to use and had a massive range. I hadnt ordered over the internet before and was a bit unsure, but one quick phone call later my order was all sorted, i was kept updated of progress all the way through and received my goods less than a week later, just as i was told i would. On finding eldon electricals i decided

On finding eldon electricals i decided to ring them and ask for advise on a range cooker the call was answered by a very helpful chap who told me all i needed to know and i then went on to order the product.Product was then deliverd in 5 days as promised the delivery guys were very polite unpacked and placed in the postion i asked them.Excellent would highley recommend. my order was accepted, my bank debited

my order was accepted, my bank debited with £319.35, a week later i was notified that the microwave i had ordered was discontinued, and my money was to be refunded.

the merchant should be aware of the availability of the stock they advertise before taking money from their customers. Read Full Review »
