    Terrible service. Went for the 'free delivery' option and was told that the TV would be delivered well before I left for my holiday 4 weeks later. The website 'order update' just showed 'order received and being processed'. When I called I was repeatedly given delivery dates which came and went.     Awful.
    Ordered then was told they wouldnt send me item until i had returned proof of address and a letter. Was informed this was to prevent credit card fraud, but they stillwent ahead and charged me for the TV even though they refused to send it to me!!! so it clearly wasnt about fraud protection at all.     After initially ordering online on 17/05/08, I waited 4 weeks as the delivery order time said up to 28 days and I was in no hurry. After 2 weeks of excuses and blaming Sony for not delivering, I eventually gave up and asked for a cancellation and refund.     teleworld know their stuff. The only company i found who were both willing and able to answer my numerous questions. Very helpful and friendly staff, very happy with my purchase and will certainly recommend to my friends and family and anyone else who is not 100% sure what to buy and needs a bit of advice before purchasing.     Thanks Teleworld. I believe a company can be best judged on how they react when there is a problem and teleworld came out fantastically well when one of the items was found to be faulty.

    Customer services (Emma) was really helpful and an upgraded replacement item arrived the very next day.
