Ordered a triple set of BT phones on

Ordered a triple set of BT phones on Saturday 9th Feb at 6.00pm and the order arrived at my door on Tuesday 12th Feb at 10.00am. This is taking into account that I was using the free delivery service and estimated delivery was 10 to 14 business days.
For that delivery time received, it saved me £6.99...

WARNING! Same day collection from London

WARNING! Same day collection from London store is a rip off.

Seriously just get the package posted to you, Rankhour charges £10 "administration fee's" for the item to come from there warehouse to there customer service office directly which is just off Tottenham Court Road.

It would seem there are numerous reviews regarding this trader. I seem to be on the lucky side where I received my product on time and it was sort of as described. I thought I was buying a new Garmin Sat Nav, but it came in original packing but as a graded item.. The product appeared as new bar this label saying that it was refurbished. Read Full Review »

I waited 2 and a half months for my item!!! An item which was listed as "in stock" which is why i ordered from them, i even paid an extra charge to allow delivery within 5 days. After 9 phone calls to the office (3 of which they cut me off) and numerous promises from them to call me back, i finally received the item in good condition but the extra i paid for quick delivery was never refu... I thought I would let you know that I received the goods at 7.30 am this morning.I submitted my order at about midnight on Wednesday 24th.

I spoke to your help desk on 2 occasions on Thursday , each call was dealt with courteously and you operatives went out of their way to assist.

Stay away from this dodgy company. I know this place is cheap but it would be better to get the item you want than to order it at the cheapest place and then for it never to show up and no one to get in touch with you to tell you it isn't ever going to show up.
