    The item was completely different to the picutre on the website. When I complained about this I was told that it was my fault for ordering it and that if I wanted to return the item it would cost me £45! I have returned the item and am currently in a dispute regarding the accuracy of the item on the website. Customer service is non existant when making a complaint. Read Full Review »

    Website stated item ex-stock deilvery 2-5 days. Ordered Saturday nothing heard from them except usual e-mail automated response. Called 3 times unable to advise when washing machine would be delivered as they had no stock, Attitude and customer care very poor, I did not feel they were interested pre-delivery so cancelled as could not envisage dealing with this company if there was a problem post d...
