    Ease of ordering, availability, on-time delivery all OK ... you'd expect that. But pray nothing goes wrong. I've been waiting 22 "working" days for a refund since my freezer was delivered with a dent in it (it was returned with the delivery men!). So I'm freezerless and £317 out of pocket!     I ordered a dishwasher but didnt realise until 3 days later that i had ordered a fully integrated one, when i needed a semi integrated one!     My order for a Bosch HBN13M551B was processed straight away and i got an email saying it would be delivered on Wednesday 26/9. I wasnt going to be in on Wednesday so I asked for the delivery to be changed to Friday and they were most accommodating. I took delivery on Friday and have installed it over the weekend and am extremely happy with it. Would use again and recommend to others. Read Full Review »

    So easy to order most helpful, delivery exactly as stated, delivery driver phoned and confirmed delivery time as between 10am - 11am arrived 10.15am

    The Homestore Direct site is so easy to navigate. I found all of the items with great ease. Payment was no problem as the site has a secure server. Delivery was brilliant and so fast. After one phone call to arrange a convenient day and time I received my order by 9am the following day in perfect condition.

    These guys are great! I bought a 47" LG 47LY95 LCD TV from them last Friday at about 4.50 in the afternoon and it was delivered this Friday just gone at 9.15am. Before I ordered i phoned up and asked loads of awkward questions but the sales team really know what they are talking about and answered every question I had! Would recommend to anyone with no hesitation.
