    Bought the unspecified "Wireless ADSL Modem Router"; it seemed a bit odd that they didn't specify exactly which make and model you were buying.
    But it out to be a Cable & Wireless wireless home gateway.

    The order was dispatched after 3 days and delivered 2 days after dispatch.

    No order confirmation e-mail was sent to me but after I telephoned I got a verbal confirmation and I was advised that the deliverer would telephone me one hour before the delivery took place (otherwise the delivery window was from 7am to about 6pm on a set date! Unfortunately no call was made by the deliverer but luckily I was in anyway.
