My worst ever online shopping

My worst ever online shopping experience!
I bought some products (glucosamine) in June 2007.
I gave my correct address and chose my country from a pull down menu.
They charged my credit card after 1 day: 16,77 GBP (Great Britain Pounds) .
Then they did nothing and said nothing! They just kept my money and did nothing!
I was waiting and waiting and after a month I contacted them.
