The other reviews here convinced me, and just as everyone else seems to be saying, these guys are just great! Ordered Pinnacle Studio yesterday in the afternoon (best price online I could find). I placed the order by phone and with free shipping. I was told it would take a few working days to arrive, but to my astonishment it was delivered to my door before 9am the next day. The only slight problem I had was when I rang them at 9 am I couldn't get through to anyone, which as it turns out is because they open at 9:30.
