Avoid this company! Ordered a laptop

Avoid this company! Ordered a laptop battery on their website on 10th September. Phoned customer services on the 24th to be told it had been out of stock (no mention of that on the website and I notice the battery is still listed for sale today). Ordered on line and was told after a

Ordered on line and was told after a week that the item was not in stock. I telephoned and asked why the web site showed the item was in stock. I was told it was in stock. Waited four weeks for delivery. Phoned. Told item had never been in stock. Since then, despite endless promises, I have been trying for months to get my money back. Do not touch these people. Item never arrived. I had several

Item never arrived. I had several atempts at contacting the supplier which failed. Requested a refund and afer several months I am still waiting! Avoid this company I think they are in financial difficulties or fraudulent as they never seem to be able to provide customer service. When I finally got through to someone I was told that they needed to request the refund from their accountants. Read Full Review »
