    i re applied finance and this time got refused and i cant force matters, all i will do is mybe buy one iten after another and thats all. Secondly is that i applied finace just a week before reapplying and i was given a credit.     Online site said in stock. However, after 1 week, an e-mail response said merchandise awaited from suppliers. Telephone call after a further week indicated another 2 weeks before possible delivery. This is an unacceptable delay. The order was cancelled. I hope that the promised refund is not also delayed!     When the item (Microwave) arrived it was not the same as the picture on the website, even though the model number was correct. I contacted the supplier and they apologised and offered for me to return the item at mt expense. I agreed to keep the item and they agreed to provide a £10 voucher for the inconvenience.     A nightmare with staff prepared to lie and managers prepared top lie even more so.

    I ordered a flat screen pc monitor from Digital Empire Online . I asked the sales assistant to recommend a flat screen tv to use a pc monitor, he told me all brands are similar and that i should have the Sony Bravia .
