Now, you're going to think my views are going to be biased as i work for comet, yes, currys direct competitor, (well the store i work is as its around the same car park as a currys)
but speaking from unbiasedness, i have had countless customers come into comet complaining to me about currys customer care and their overcaringness on their own commission and not caring on what the customer wants... Read Full Review »

Our Miele dishwasher was delivered in

Our Miele dishwasher was delivered in good time but was not installed nor was the old one taken away as it stated it would be on my order.The delivery men told my husband that this was because they they could not turn the water off but when they had gone he was able to turn it off.When I got home and rang the customer services I was told that the men would have had to make a hole in our cupboard b... DON'T BUY FROM CURRYS! The staff will sell you quickly and efficiently BUT God help you if anything goes wrong! I bought a Toshiba DVD/HDD from them which was obviously not right from the beginning -they did an exchange within their exchange policy but machine 2 wasn't any better. not satisfied with customer care when faulty goods are returned after 2 months of buying items only repaired not renewed and customers made out to be lying about faults staffs attitude to customers is could not care its not their problem. customer left without use of items until they are repaired or replaced even though items are fully paid for. I went into Curry's to buy a printer.

Because it was the last one left and on display, the shop assistant didn't realize there was no power cable when he packed the printer into the box. So I walked the 1 mile home with printer in hand, before I realized there was no cable. got 42 plasma from shop at rotherham

got 42 plasma from shop at rotherham only got used at weekend`s when i come home 53 weeks later had a falt got sound no pic phoned currys got no help phoned techguys
it will cost over £400 pound`s to fix i only paid £ 800 for it. had 2 years man-warranty with it got paper-work
currys said 12 months only so after 10 month`s of calls letters . i got noware
