A nice website and lovely products,

A nice website and lovely products, however the worst customer service in the world. The product I ordered in January has some manufacturers delays, I was not kept in touch even though I phone (3 times)and contacted them through their website (no replay). Absolutely brilliant. I am not the most computer savvy person and had to phone Customer Services. They were SO friendly and helpful. I bought a Radio Flyer wagon (RF1800) which the grandchildren absolutely adore. It came the day after we ordered! Highly recommended. Read Full Review »

Excellent customer service. Kept informed of delivery details. The product ordered and received was also excellent, and I wouldn't hesitate to both use MonkeyShine in the future and to recommend to any prospective buyer.
