    Pleasant enough on the phone, but utterly incapable of dealing with a shoddy delivery company (Expert Logistics or something equally laughable). Ordered a TV on Sunday, specified delivery following Friday, having arranged to take a day off work. Received email confirming Friday delivery. Then, a second delivery stating delivery as Saturday.     Promised delivery and charged my card, but a week later I found that they didn't have the product in stock, couldn't say when it would be and were very unhelpful. Many other stores can do better than this, and I would advise against using them. Read Full Review »

    Ordered a Sony Camcorder for £225, they delivered a Sony Cybershot camera, then couldn't redeliver the correct item within 3 days, which was the time that I needed it before going on holiday.

    This company’s business practices are appalling. I ordered a new LCD TV from them via their website together with my card details on a Monday morning (30th June). I received an email on the Tuesday stating that my order "had been shipped" and that "I could expect delivery in 2 days “from the date of this email".

  10. Ordered home cinema system after price

    Ordered home cinema system after price check through Kelkoo, item was available according to the Laskys website and paid with credit card.

    Then received call from Laskys to say they had made a "mistake" and item would not be available. Didn't offer to do anything to make up for inconvenience or offer replacement item.
