    Absolutely Fantastic! As the appliance was almost £100 cheaper than my first choice of supplier (who are renowned for their quality of service),based on the cost saving I decided to chance it.     Ordering process fine but very disappointed to be called at 17.45 on supposed delivery day (after waiting in all day) to be told that the item they were going to send was damaged and delivery will not be available til 5 days later. Unfortunately had to cancel the order as I needed the microwave urgently. Doubtful whether I would use again. Read Full Review »

    Having looked around and found Electrical 123.com to be the cheapest, we ordered a miele S5980 vacuum cleaner on Sunday afternoon. The order was confirmed within minutes and we were informed that it had been dispatched.
    It was delivered within our requested time slot on Wednesday morning (16th April).

Dave who I spoke to was very helpful, and gave me the delivery date which was within a couple of working days, taking into account the Easter break.     Just had a new washing machine delivered. The polish people who delivered it very freindly.Unpacked the washing machine to find 2 dents on right hand side.     Very busines like from start to finish. Telephone order taken by someone who knew what he was talking about (nice change). Very helpful, quick and polite. Dishwasher was in stock - delivery could have been next day but arranged for following week. E-mail acknowledgement almost immediately. Reminder email about delivery day before.
