    First rate service, fantastic price and so easy to order.
    Ordered TV on wednesday got email asking me to phone for a delivery date phoned on Thursday was told delivery would be Monday - TV came 11 oclock Monday morning

    I ordered an LG television from EE, and the order process was quite satisfactory. I quickly received an email from them, asking me to phone them to arrange delivery. I attempted on many occasions to contact them, but the phone line was always engaged (with no ring back facility).

    The product I wanted was out of stock, however, the sales man was very helpful and gave me some options. I felt that he was honest with regards to the info given and I did not feel that he was in a hurry. My TV was delivered within 2 days.     Extremely easy to order, product showed in stock, ordered on the Wednesday evening, got an email confirmation immediately which I liked, then I was called on the Thursday morning and delivery was arranged for the Friday, TV and stand arrived well packaged, all in all excellent service and I will be recommending to friends and family.     I have tired to Order the New Panasonic SC-PT850EB-K, Which they have advert for sale. Just to be told that They will Not Have it in Stock till June, So Why are they Advertising it Now for SALE.
    I checked the Panasonic UK website and they are saying it will be on sell in the UK market place till the End of May 07.

    If my experience is anything to go buy then be very careful when ordering items "usually in stock". I ordered over 2 weeks ago and still dont have my TV. What I do have is 1 email sent the day after placing my order telling me about delivery issues on stock and nothing since. Totally unacceptable.. Read Full Review »

    I opted for the extra cost next day working day delivery.

    Having submitted the order I quickly received two e-mails one from the company confirming the order stating a member of their team would contact me to arrange delivery time and a second from their payment handling branch confirming the payment had been authorised.
