    Fabulous product delivered within the 3 day suggested delivery time. Having bought through Amazon and received a faulty item I thought it would be worthwhile going to a reputable company, and it certainly paid off.

    Useless. Bought something, great delivery times. However item was previously used, it still had files on from someone else and it didnt work. I have since been battling in vain to get my money back. They are rude, completely unhelpful, evasive and in no way interested in resolving this issue in a timely manor.     Happy with my purchase, item arrived a little bit late but I was very happy with it. Site is easy to use and ordering was quick. Quick response to emails in the day, they dont have a 24 hour help desk unfortunately.

    Item received in very good time and great condition, cheapest I could find around. I appreciated the email updates sent to me keeping me updated on the progress of my order.
    Cant comment on the customer care as didnt deal with them.
    Would recommend the 30Gb Microsoft Zune at Audio Mania, its a bargain!

It was dispatched 3 days after placing the order, when it says on the site that it takes 1-2 days delivery time. I paid extra to ensure the product arrived on time as I needed it for a present.
