This trader no longer operates. I sent money for an order through PayPal, received no item and no communication from the seller. Tried to contact them 3 times with no response before using the PayPal resolution centre after 2 weeks. This revealed the seller's account is no longer active.

Extremely poor service.

16 days from ordering to delivery. Had to be threatened with Paypal dispute process before responding to an email.

I will not be using them again and would not recommend them. Read Full Review »

A very bad experience with this company.

A very bad experience with this company. I ordered 2 Nintendo DS games on the 2nd December well in advance of any Xmas rush. These were identified as available and in stock. After chasing by email on several occasions I was told that the parcel had gone missing and that Royal Mail were to blame.
