I have been with 3 for some time now but

I have been with 3 for some time now but get annoyed when i get a call from some far off place as regards an upgrade and other offers. they spend 30 minutes talking you through some deal and then require a credit card payment for £1-90 to close the deal. as i pay by direct debit why can this cost not be added to my bill. the last offer was for a mobile connection and the offer expired the day afte... This phone is perfect for anybody, and it has everything on it that anybody could ever need. The only down side is that the memory is easily taken up, but this problem can be resolved by buying a memory card for it. Overall, 5* phone. Read Full Review »

Wanted this phone and three offered what

Wanted this phone and three offered what I thought was the best deal with one of it's price plans.
Love the phone - it is amazing and although I've had it a couple of months now, there is still loads to explore on it.
I did have a few problems initially: The sim card sent with the new phone was apparently not compatible but was changed promptly.

I am very disappointed in the customer

I am very disappointed in the customer care the phone is in my wifes name and has queried the bill everyweek from december reguarding the internet chargers we have never used the internet on the phone as we have the internet at home.

Initially attracted to this phones

Initially attracted to this phones multi-functions, I didn't want to commit to more than £15/month. No problem with 3 - I was able to buy the phone for £ 162.00 (inc.VAT) with a £15 Mix & Match 300 Contract !!
