  3. I've few times purchased with them

    I've few times purchased with them with no problem, my battery arrived in time which I ordered from Tuesday night and got it on Friday morning. Before I bought my battery I tried to ring them to find out what was happening for the bad reviews at past. They said on Sep they have person movement so skew up everything like emails reply and phone calls.

  4. Very poor communications, they don't

    Very poor communications, they don't answer the phone and don't return voice mails. Getting answers to emails is like getting blood out of a stone. And 2 weeks later we've still not got the right item !

  5. My brother ordered an adaptor and 3

    My brother ordered an adaptor and 3 weeks later still nothing has been delivered. There has only been email contact as they don't answer the phone or call you back after you leave them a message. Still in email contact with regards to getting a full refund after 3 weeks!!!!

    Tried to order a battery and charger, site advertised free shipping over £10 (order total was £14) but there was nowhere to select this at checkout. Tried to phone the customer support line and kept getting an answer machine, so emailed. On receipt of answer (shipping would be refunded) ordered the goods.
