    We purchased our first cross trainer in January 08 and within weeks the weld on the upright bar had broken. Luckily it started to make quite a noise before it snapped so I was able to avoid a nasty accident.     What a terrible company! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING! BEWARE!!!

    My boyfriend ordered me an exercise bike for a Christmas present, delivery was swift however on setting up the bike realised that it was of poor quality and faulty.

    It had a bent stabiliser at the back, scratches on the casing and most importantly the computer didn't work.
