Never again will I order from Digital Mega Store. I ordered a camcorder and when I had to confirm my order they asked if I wanted to purchase an extra battery, I said yes. It took longer then the estimated time to ship my camcorder, but it never came with the extra battery. They have the worst hours ever, I work til 4:00 and everytime I called they closed at 2:00, and they never answered my emails... Read Full Review »

When the delivery arrived an older model was dispatched
